    Default 800-1000 wasr

i dont have an ak. i had a sack full of them i sold to pay for some medical care. it made me sad and a bit pissed off.

i know the question leads to a certain amount of speculation but i want to buy an wasr now. id like to pay about 600. the prices im finding are stupid and i keep arriving at the conclusion just by an ar for the same price.

so what do you folks think will the wasrs price come down to accurate pricing down the calender a little?

just forget it and drop the hammer on one of the zillion ars in the area for 800?

Id wait if things calm down an some new idiot dosent start shooting little kids then they will get cheaper . many people panic bought an there will be used guns om the market .

also many who were going to buy did an now sales will slow an veneders will have to drop prices to move them .

personalty I dont think any wasr is worth $800 I dont think there worth $400 but thats my opinion .

If Saigas keep coming in those will likely come down also.

WASRs are still being imported so to pay more than what they are worth is not smart to do now. Gun control measures failed to pass so just wait a while and prices will come down a lot because market will be saturated

What these guys said. My local sporting goods store has tons of 762x39 ammo back in stock and two WASRs showed up again, I definitely think they will drop down again if only for a hot minute.

Buy the ammo first then wait for them to drop to $500. I really think that is where the price will stick. I bought one for $300 back in 2004, but you know we won't see that again unless there is a flood of them to market. There is something called gunbot.net that shows you the pricing of ammo sold in the net. They even have it listed by the round to show what you are paying. Very informative.

Hell at those prices you might as well buy one from K-Var, they've always been at those prices
