Well, I have given up on my build for now. I was going to get an AMD-65 from Colorado AK Arms.....but, I'm sure most of you know the issues poor Todd is having over there. So that will have to wait.
Being my first AKM, I want something cheap, just to see if I like the way the rifle fits me and what I need from it. I ended up purchasing a Romanian Wasr-10 from Centerfire Systems. Now I am pretty sure that Century builds these, and have read and heard about there craftsmanship.....or lack there of. But it seems all my Google searching for their problems are all from 2 years ago or more.
So my question(s) is this....Are the same problems still prevalent (canted sights, feed/mag-well issues, gas tubes)? Or did they step up their game in the last 3 years as to fix these issues?
My apologies in advance if this has been covered previously.....Was just hoping for some direct answers without filtering through opinions and such. Thanks guys!
