    Default 5.45x39 field guage

Does anyone know where I can get a 5.45x39 Field guage? I have tried Pacific Tool but they have not returned my emails. Jack

I may be wrong on this but I dont think you can get field guages in military calibers. GO and NO-GO is all Ive ever seen.

I am not sure if Clymer carries field gauges in 5.45 x 39, but I got a 7.62 x 39 field gauge from them.

If it passes a NOGO, you really don't want to be firing that gun anyway.

I understand what you are saying, and good point for safety. However the protocol is that if it won't close on a field it is ok to use.

I believe that the military uses field gauges and that they are only used on semi or full auto rifles.

I talked to Ken at Clymer, what nice guy. He is going to fix me up. Funny, in this business I have me or had dealings with more professional type people than any other, including my own legal profession. Jack
