Glad to hear this. Apex has been my "go to" vendor for years and I was starting to get worried. All is right with the world again.

I got my refund, and Yugo bayonet for my trouble. They also sent a very nice apology note. All is well between me and Apex.

iansstud, not to be a smartass, but you didn't actually read this thread before you typed that, did you? I DID call them. Repeatedly. But it was eventually taken care of. It probably would not have happened the way that it did if Richard had not been out of town.
    Enforcement, NOT Amnesty!!!!!!

"If they’re going to come here illegally, apply for & receive assistance through a corrupted Government agency encouraging this lawless behavior, work under the table & send billions of dollars each year back to their families in Mexico, while bleeding local economies dry, protest in our streets waving their Mexican flags DEMANDING rights, while I have to press ’1′ for English, then they need to be shipped back to where they came from!" -Chad Miller

I've dealt with Apex long before they became a sponsor here and never heard of a complaint that was not satisfied amicably. +++
