Nothing yet, but I'm making them to be ready to ship as soon as we hear. Also I'll be playing around with some 4130 to make them in.

    VZ58,

Well I had ordered an M70 kit the other day and to my surprise I opened up a M64B underfolder kit. I have a deal working on a M70 milled kit but will definitely now need a M64 set of plates whenever they are a go.

Good! I have a buddy at work who is driving me crazy, where did you find your kit? At this point he just wants any milled gun, folder, fixed, rpk.

Hey VZ58, I will take two sets of m64 patch kits whem you get them ready and approved. I ordered a second m70 and got another m64. I guess I will be building two of them now. One for each hand.

Nice milled build. This looks a lot stronger than the stamped receivers. I'll have to try your method.

I have a friend who built a rifle using a stamped receiver and milling down the milled receiver ends to make them trunnions.

Found my answer, the M64's have threaded barrels, and the M70's have pinned barrels.

Rikoshay, I'm not sure what your question was? You're right, 64 are threaded 70 are pinned, 64 have a unique bolt hold open and a different receiver contour.

The question was "what's the differance" between the two. I should have done some research first before I posted the question.

    Thanks!

FWIW, I finally tracked down a working # for the BATFE tech branch and left a message for the agent who is suppose to be reviewing my samples. He was out of the office today but is suppose to call me back monday.
