Yeah the ACE template is pretty much the best free template that I've seen. I've uses them a few times. The one issue that I've found is the hole dimensions are not correct as far as Im concerned. For instance the left side axis pin holes it gives a dimension of .272 which is an "I" drill bit. That is not the same as a 7mm, which is .2756. That's approximately .004" too small, and the axis pin won't fit. Of course being undersized is certainly preferable to being oversized, but I still wonder why their hole sizes are small?

Any ideas why this won't work with a Polish underfolder flat?

It's an ak builder flat and everything seems to line up except for the selector holes, and they are waaay off. The scope rail holes are off too, but that doesn't concern me as much since they don't pass completely thru the receiver like the selector does.

    Thanks for the help

If you are using one of Curtiis's flats you don't need a template, all the holes are there already.

Oh, Yeah that I understand. It's just that I was looking more for the bend lines. As I "Hoped" to bend this on a manual brake I have access to.

Anyone done this? I've searched a number of forums and found Bupkus!

    Thanks

It shows up at 100% on my computer. Did you follow the directions about page scaling? Anyway, you want 100%
