On Tuesday, April 1, the Pennsylvania House of Representatives defeated an amendment to House Bill 1845, by anti-gun State Representative David Levdansky (D-39) that would have required gun owners to report the loss or theft of a firearm to law enforcement or face criminal prosecution.
