So... I placed 2 orders last week with AA-OK...

The second order, NO PROBLEMS, received confirmation, cc was billed, tracking information was sent to me.

The FIRST order is another story... received confirmation, cc was billed TWO DAYS BEFORE second order, but still NO tracking info received...

I emailed, and they told me, your first order has not been shipped yet... I waited 2 days and called, and the order desk tells me that they can't help me, that someone will have to get back to me in the next 24 hours...

So... I'm a little confused and pissed! The first order seems to have gone off the rails... The second order will be here BEFORE the first order WITH NO EXPLAINATION from AA-OK as to what the problem is...

You know, a little customer service goes A LONG WAY in my books. IF someone would have taken the time to tell me what the hell is going on, I wouldn't be typing this post!!!

TELL me about your AA-OK experience...
