Okay... Update...
I received my 2nd order no issues... But my first order is still in limbo, AA-OK is awaiting delivery themselves so they can do up my order and ship it along...
Some details... The 1st order was placed on the 7th of May, billed to my credit card on the 8th, and shipping the order to me has been on hold since then... My 2nd order was placed two days later, billed to my cc and I received the package 6 days later, the way it should be...
A couple questions... Is it common for a company to bill your credit card like this (immediately) and let the order sit? That, and the fact that the staff on the order line told me that the items advertised online are "In Stock" and "Ready to ship", are the two things that bother me about this order.
I take heart in the fact that you guys say AA-OK is a good company, and I have gotten one of my two orders... But I can't help but feel like someone should have told me about the item being backordered and not billing my cc for the order till it was ready to go...
Anyhow, I just had to vent. Maybe the "computer age" has us all spoiled and I should listen to hcpookie and relax...
