Indeed it is, and don't let one person's trolling cause you to paint us all with a broad brush. "Someone" is using tunnel vision and not viewing discussions with an open mind. I think if they were to open their mind, they would see that some people's opinions are not the opinions of this forum, nor does this forum impose a "think like we do or leave" mindset upon their members. One doesn't have to go far to find those very things elsewhere.
It is my qualified opinion, being one of the (actually the first) non-administrator to join the forum, that Gunco is exactly what the charter says it is, and exactly you would expect it to be - a forum community for fun, gun-loving people, and a place that extremists and nuts are not welcome.
But don't take MY word for it, just look around and form your own opnion.
