    Default My 1st screw build

This is my first screw build. Tapco flat, many thanks to Tailgunner for the barrel work, I did the gas tube, the rear trunnion & with a little help from my friends the gas piston, the FS/GB combo & the sleeve that keeps the lower HG retainer in place. Will try to shoot it a few times tomorrow.

The handguards are a set from Choate. The upper was earier to fit then wood. I've cracked a couple of wood ones working them dowm.

Gunco, it's about 9 & 1/2" not too short for a pistol, I have one that's about 8 & 1/2. This one could be cut to about 8 & 1/2 if I put the lower handguard where it usually goes. Thanks guys.
