Default My First Build - Romy

Here are some pics of my first build. I actually did this some time ago but haven't posted it before. I have since moved on to more builds and I am close to the beginning of a PSL build. It all went pretty smoothly. I used a Tapco flat that already had the trunion holes drilled and I ended up having to egg the holes ever so slightly. You can't tell with the rivets installed.

Everything went pretty well for me. I used a Tapco flat even though I had AK Builder flats because I figured on the first one I may trash it but I surprised myself. Maybe all of those AR15 and 1911 builds paid off for me.

    Enjoy the pics:

Thanks for the kind words. I forgot to mention in the first post but perhaps the best part about this being a first build was the functioning. I took it out before finishing with Duracoat to test function in case it needed to be tweaked and took twenty rounds with me (all I had on hand). Not only did it fire all twenty with zero issues the POA/POI was almost dead on at 50 yards. I couldn't have really had a better first build.

That looks great, I also agree you did a good job using a flat.
