If you are looking for the MG3 belts, robertrtg.com and Inter Ordnance both have them.

I was browsing Aim Surplus and they have Austrian MG3 belts and a ammo can for 20 frog skins so I ordered some. Next Ill get the cover and feed thingy. I can hardly wait to get thing going. I think I might put a pintel mount on my fishin boat and intimidate some game warden ass.

The tutorial for the MG47ES is ready. A 87 page picture tutorial for building the MG47ES on CD. This is a companion to the drawings and describes how to build the MG47ES with out a mill, lathe or welder. PM or E-mail SHARPSSHOOTER5090 info.

Can't do much more than read and look at the prints till I get back in the states but this is one serviceman who appreciates your generosity.

    Thank you (again).

    Sharpsshooter,

Do you use the regular FCG pins in the FCG tray? Also, what pin do you use for the trigger pin in the gripstick?

    Thanks

    LAKER
I have used the regular FCG pins in the FCG tray but with the heads cut off. Same with the gripstick pin except the head is not cut off. I have also used a 3/16" diameter round drill rod when I didn't have the regular pins. The inside wall of the receiver keeps them in place except the gripstick pin needs a retainer inside the gripstick housing. I have used a small hairpin clip for that.

    Thanks Sharpsshooter,

I am in the middle of building parts and I am sure I'll have a few more questions.
