    Nice looking first build.
Is the lower hand guard a modded Romy G one?

The guy I bought the kit from said it was a Romy laminated hand guard. It was quite a bit light in color than the stock. I tried to stain them both to match.

    Nice work
I love that you made it with with home made jigs.
I made my first one with a vise and some steel bars to bend the flat.

    Whats next?

I thought about using just a black oxide dip on my receiver but ended up doing the park + dip. Yours looks real nice. Great job!

    AWESOME FIRST BUILD!!!!!!!!!!!!
You used a flat for a first build? WOW!
My first was on a "no front or rear trunion holes" pre bent ohio forge reciever. I thought I was doing pretty well just getting the holes drilled in the right places!
My hat is off to you my friend, Please keep us posted on your future builds!
