    The wood was simple; spray on stripper, clean it up with some steal wool, left all the nicks and dings in it, spray on lacquer, done.
    Well it came out nice, looks like you put more effort into it then that.

    I guess I over simplified the spray on lacquer process. It was 6-7 very thin coats over a two day period. Spray, let it dry and stray again. I was trying to go for the thick shellac look that was originally on it. Oh, to AKarl 12, this is my first build, and yes I'm hooked. Besides, what am I going to do with all the friggin jigs, tools, and whatnot that I've made to put this thing together.

    Besides, what am I going to do with all the friggin jigs, tools, and whatnot that I've made to put this thing together.
    That's the best reason to build more, don't want those tools to go to waste
