Default Finally, got the tantal done..

Well, its been in my possesion for a while, but I did it. Well technically all I did was buy the parts kit and the receiver, and one of my dads friends, friend drilled and tapped out the trunnions and I just put the screws in. Took me awhile to get it back but he did it for free which was very nice. The first & 2nd pic is after I put 20rds through it with no failures, which I was happy with. As you can see theres no safety only because I dont have the left side selector for the tri-burst( if anyone has one they dont need please let me know) I'm going to put more rounds through it hopefully sunday(tommorow I have my graduation party) Only problem so far is 2 of the front trunnion screws keep stripping, I think there to long? Anyways last picture is w/ high temp grill paint on it. I think I'm just going to leave it how it is, and do a BFPU style, only because ammo is still cheap for it, and I plan on putting several rnds through it..
    Thanks...

    Hello Logan09,
    Looking Good !!!
Check the thread depth with a longer screw. If needed you might grind a buttonhead screw a bit shorter. Use a thread locking adhesive such as Red Loctite.

    Tri-burst ?? Do Polish AK's have a tri-burst fire control mechanism ??

    Nice looking build.
When I did a few screw builds I had to shorten the trunion screws a little, the shortest I could get at the hardware store were 1/4".

    Tri-burst ??
The Tantals were set up like Logan said semi, 3 round, FA.
