    Oh Lord, does it stink?
    The fumes are seriously bad.
I picked up a junker oven for the garage just for this purpose.
I'd recommend doing this. A small detail spray gun from Lowes or
harbor freight is what I use on mine. It hooks right into your air
compressor with standard hoses. Clean it out with acetone.
    Gun looks mucho macho.
    Great job!

Well I tried two different ways to get the barrel pin to come out the hammer and punch and a twenty ton press but it would not pop out I didn't want to crush anything with the press so I had to use screws on this build I milled the rivits out on both sides of the barrel than swiched to a flat bottom bit and squared the bottom of the holes than tapped them it worked out pretty slick. I took the photos before I welded the rails in but they are in now and heat treated I'm just waiting for my air brush and a stinky day with the oven. Than I will test fire it.

I had the same problem with a barrel pin ended up just drilling it out and installing a new one, just would not budge.

Range report is in order when done.
