alfery1967 jumped through some hurdels to get to were this is. I cant wait for a accuracy report on this and see how that barrel works. I like the looks of the 18" barrel it still has a balanced look and should be a accurate shooter

Thanks, when I looked a while ago it was something ridiculous like $600... I'll check again. Oops, I was looking at OOW. At ORF it is 330, so just out of my price range. I'll have to look into the CNCwarrior ones. Thanks for the info.

BTW I'll try to get the range report next weekend, couldn't make it there today.
I'll tell ya I was pissed about the first receiver, but now that the rifle passed the function test I'm feeling a little better.

Too cold to make it to the range last weekend. Austin had temps in the 20's and it was windy. Thought I left that cold weather behind when I moved here from Pa.
Hope to get out this weekend, I'm really itching to see how accurate it shoots, now that I know it works.

OOOPS. My bad! I went out on saturday. Still fine tuning the sights, but was getting about 1" 1/4 groups at 100 yards. That was using wolf ammo. Not bad, but I think I can do better after I get some quality ammo and play around with it some more. Most importantly it functioned great, no feed issues, short cycles or any other problem. I wasnt really looking for a sub MOA rifle, just wanted something a bit different! lol
Only pisser was the barrel got a heavy scuff in the finish and I'll have to touch it up. Now I'm out of ammo and have to wait for my order to show up until I go out with it again.

How does it treat the brass? How far does it throw it? You are using iron sights right, no side rail with a pso yet.
