Nice builds. Did the AK74 side folder come from ORF? Picked up one of those kits years ago.

Wouldve loved to have gotten into the hobby years ago when kits were cheap and plentiful! Those are beauts!

I took a regular Bulgarian AK-74 and bought a side folder from DPH Arms years ago. I paid 99 bucks for the side folder, although I heard they were made in Taiwan and there were quality problems, but I haven't had any problems with it at all.

Nice collection! The folding stock ak's are my favorites.

I did a side folder on my last build. What is the comfort level and cheekweld like on your under folders while shooting? Nice work !!

    Thumbs up

Very nice builds.. Great job on those..
762x39run. The hard metal of the underfolders is a good way to test for cavities.. If you press your cheek against the metal when firing, your whole mouth rattles.. Any cavities in your tooths, you drop the weapon in screaming pain.
It really is not that bad.. Light recoil on the AK to start with and your face and eyes usually line up over the metal stock.. Not the most comfortable thing in weaponry, but it is a compromise to be able to fold the stock and put the weapon in storage where you could not a full length one..
