Some time ago I was involved in a "discussion" here at Gunco where a couple of members called me some not so nice names for stating that Bush's Directive 51 was a simple disaster recovery plan (same issuance as his predecessors since Eisenhower) and not a bid to assume dictatorial powers.
So, the sig is a sarcastic dig regarding that series of posts. I should take it down, it's old news now.
