    Just doing some experimenting on this beater of a kit. Payed for handpicked but got some pretty beat up wood. Here are some pics.

    Might need a few more coats. Also might dull down the gloss when it dries hard. Can anybody guess what the finish is?

    LOL! Here's a hint. One of the oldest surviving republics in the world are reported to have used this mixture on thier rifles. Two main ingredients.
