If anyone is interested in modifying there drill press to do LIGHT machining, there is an article in the January 1969 edition of Popular Mechanics titled "How to mill on a drill press". Go to Google Books to read more about it http://books.google.com/

If you wish to save the article, remember that every "page" is a "picture" and a copy is in your cache file. Clear your browsing history before looking at the article, and the pages will be easier to find. Hint - scroll through the article twice and all of the "pictures" will be .jpg, otherwise some will be .png. Use MS Paint to convert any stray .png to .jpg.
