The Tennessee House leadership is insistent on weakening the NRA-drafted House Bill 3560, employee protection legislation sponsored by state Representative Eddie Bass (D-65) and cosponsored by thirty state Representatives. Instead, House Majority Leader Gerald McCormick (R-26) has put on notice in the House Consumer and Employee Affairs Subcommittee, House Bill 3660, a skeleton version of the common sense workplace protection legislation.
