Tomorrow, June 5, state Representative Timothy Krieger (R-27) will offer an amendment to Senate Bill 273 in the House Judiciary Committee. The Krieger amendment would strengthen Pennsylvania’s firearm preemption law to further ensure firearm and ammunition laws are uniform throughout the state.
