Iraq War veteran Zach Rogers was on his third shift clerking at the 21st Amendment Liquor Store in Indianapolis, Ind. when he was forced to use his Second Amendment right to self-defense. An unruly customer instigated an argument and physical altercation with Rogers, during which the clerk retrieved a gun and shot the criminal.Following an investigation, a spokeswoman for the local prosecutor’s office made clear, “the shooting was self-defense,” and that Rogers would not face charges.
