Actually good point Rhino..
The 10th amendment too the constitution tried to solve that problem..
Did not work out so good, for those states back in 1861..
The 10th has been tested many times since.. All failing.
Lot of Men died carrying that flag with the X on it..
"Representing the States shall have free rights."
Nappy probably never read the damn Constitution.
If he did, he damn sure could care less about it..
Riots? Who cares.. Get some popcorn, sit in front of the T.V. and let the Police and National Guard handle it.
I am old enough to remember the riots, all he way back too the 60s.
Whoever. Burn your own homes and businesses down.
