during kat & after FEMA bought thousands of trailers and stored most of them in arkansas --most of the RV's never got to the storm area. they just stayed in a RV park for years.
a few people griped about fumes inside the trailers --the trailers were brand new and fumes from glue and paint were pretty strong.
all they had to do was open the fricking windows and let the air finish drying all the glue and paint--
a few of these got sold at auction but many more, probably most of um were crushed do to alleged "toxins"---
big governmenent waste--hell i think FEMA even got sued a few times over the fumes--
let the government manage anything is just asking for waste and fraud--
