i think that is expected not to pass right now--however in the socialist world nothing ever dies -

eventually the USA will be so weak and diluted as to let it through i am afraid.
sort of like how the current administration got in power in the first place --everybody is just looking the other way and let it happen.
the USA is no longer the republic of 1776 it is a new socialist/capitolst nanny state that primarily looks out for big biz and throws a few freebies to the lazy hordes.
the horror is most people in the US now seem to want "a do it all for every one all the time government"--they fail to see that a government that has the power to supply everything to them also has full control over every aspect of their lives. this is not freedom it is a type of enslavement .
we once owned the government and it worked for us.
today all but the very top the elite class --- OWE it.
it is a big shift for all the wrong reasons.
