An inoperative/junk car that clearly belongs to someone is one thing; an abandoned one is something else entirely. Around here, they tend to evaporate.
Back when it was nearly impossible to get rid of a junk car that didn't have a pristine title, I abandoned a few in various locations. Scrappers will make short work of anything that looks abandoned.

LOT OF PLACES TO JUST BURRY STUFF THROW SOME BOARDS OVER THE HOLE AN THEN COVER WITH A LITTLE DIRT AN BRUSH . KEEP IN MIND HUNTING DOGS FIND STUFF LIKE THAS AN MIGHT ALERT A OWNER.
MY MUTT FOUND A GRAVE A FEW YEARS AGO OU TIN A PUBLIC HUNTING AREA I WAS FREAKING OUT WHEN I POKED IT WITH A STICK AN SAW CLOTHING . THANK FULLY SOME ONE HAD BURRIED THE FAMILY PET OUT THERE IN A BLANKET. IT COULD HAVE EASLY BEEN A CASH THE DOOG STARTED SNIFFING AROUND.
