Police do it all the time. No matter how it goes down they always claim the officer acted with in the parameters of department policy. Look at all the dog killings you guys have posted lately. How long till you are the dog. One generation, maybe two.
Have you ever heard the testimony from the fbi agent who infiltrated the Weather Underground back in it's infancy?
Those people run the US.
Why would you expect it be be any different on the federal level.
