Yeah I served with the Brtish in Trashcanistan and they were definitely getting the short end of the stick as far as pay was concerned. This hurts my heart to know welfare recipients make more than their deployed troops do seeing as we lost a few of them we had become pretty close with. Undoubtadly great allies of ours.
Doesn't make me fell better though that when I was stationed in California a a Corporal welfare recipients were getting paid more than me but it is California.
