The one main difference other than the fact that "they" feel entitled to whatever they want, no matter what, is that in general their day is spent thinking about their skin color, because that is what society has taght them to do. How often during your normal day do you think of your skin color? I rarely ever do. I feel like I'm a pretty good mechanic in my field. I don't think about the fact that I'm a pretty good white mechanic in my field. I feel that I'm above average in intelligence. I don't think that I'm above average in intelligence for a white person. It seems that their entire day is spent thinking about their skin color, and discussing it with other like minded people.
Then we are told to be non racist, and look at a person's qualities, not their skin color, yet my company has a "Black Engineer of the Year" award. They have Black Engineering Month!! They have a program dedicated to working strictly on the problems that black women face in our Corporate settings. You can't say that everyone needs to be equal, then put one group ahead of another like that.

"If they’re going to come here illegally, apply for & receive assistance through a corrupted Government agency encouraging this lawless behavior, work under the table & send billions of dollars each year back to their families in Mexico, while bleeding local economies dry, protest in our streets waving their Mexican flags DEMANDING rights, while I have to press ’1′ for English, then they need to be shipped back to where they came from!" -Chad Miller
