The more 'tolerant' the nation becomes, the worse they get. Personally I won't tolerate rude behavior directed at me from any one, skin color be damned.
That said, unless you are Chuck Liddell never make your initial strike a head shot. These people operate on instinct alone. Their mothers beat them in the head since they were born and most have enough drugs in their system to kill a bull moose. Head strikes have minimal effect on them. I have seen them still fighting with their eyes so glazed over that you know they are unconscious and only operating on auto pilot.
A better tactic is the throat strike followed by a knee kick. From that point, their shoulders are easily dislocated while you are kicking their face in.
Ask me how I know.
