Exactly!!!!!!!!! There is a bunch of folks at work who absolutely suck!!!! They are lazy, disrespectful, refuse to follow the rules, etc.... EVERYONE including our HR Department knows about this "group" (about 8 individuals of color) and they have told supervision not to write them up. HR says it's cheaper to keep them, than to try and fire them, because at one point or another each and every one of them has threatened a lawsuit based on "racism"!! Hell no it's not racism, it's freaking performance!!!!!!!!!!!! It pisses me off when they play the race card, and they do it regularly. A good portion of this group was fired about 7 years ago for "distributing pornography". There were 6 bklacks and one white, that were immediately terminated and walked out the gate by security. The next afternoon the 6 blacks came back to work, because they literally threatened to call "The Johnny Cochran Law Firm". The lone white guy moved to Atlanta because he couldn't get his job back. Why not? He did the same thing that they did? It's such bullsh*t!!!
