Thank you all for your complements. Jim on this site told me after my first AK build. ?They all have different problems when you build them. So think of everyone as the first you ever built? Boy he was right. This one gave me some real problems, and tested any skills I have learned.
I have another project build that appears the front Trunnion was not cut correctly the bolt will not turn in it. Any one ever had this problem? Any suggested solutions, would be appreciated.

Good job!! Also you mentioned a trunion/ bolt problem. One of the romys that I did acted the way you described. The bolt would go in, I had to manually jiggle it to get it to lock up. Getting it to open took a while. The #'s matched but it would have been impossible for this gun to have ever been fired. I've polished alot of other type bolts for accuracy so I looked at it like a good thing. I just lightly filed and polished the corners till it slid in and out easily. I'm new at this so I hope it was the right thing to do.
