Does anyone know what the going price is for a Romanian PSL / FPK parts kit? (in 7.62x54r)
Are they even out there? I might be able to find one for sale...
I know the AKs are high. Well, I guess all firearms are higher these tense days.
I know the FFL receivers are $99 at CFS w/o trunnions. 80% receivers are made by coldsteel. Mags are available too from Copes and such.
anyhelp would be appreciated

Trunnions, both front and rear, are hard to come by.

From what I see you would be better off buying one already builted.
1 parts kit $600.00
2 receiver with front and rear trunnion $225.00
3 scope $150.00
4 4 10 round mags $90.00
5 slang, and cleaning kit, and things $25.00
Or get a complete rifle from Classic arms for $795.00 with extras.
Your choice, good luck

The rear tang (trunnion) are standard AK type. Unless the ones I have seen are botched. No noticable differences that I could see. FCG / trigger guard is even the same. It appears the front may be similar to a YUGO RPK. (If anyone has dimensions on that, I'd love to compare)
Actually, I was trying to figure out how much to sell a kit with both trunions if I was gonna.

WOW I can't believe what those kits are going for now!!!
I have to agree, unless you can get that kit for around $300 you'd be better off buying a complete rifle.

Yes the front trunion is like the Yugo/RPK type, don't know any of the dimensions.
The rear trunion is like a standard AK, it is a little different but a standard one should work.
If you have a kit for sale, I'd figure out how much everything needed to build it would cost, then take that number off a complete rifle. What ever balance is left, take a little off that. You'd want it so someone can build it just a little cheaper then a built rifle.
Who knows, if you put it on an auction site start it at what you think it should sell for, you might get lucky and get some people into a bidding war over it. :D

i just bought one off gunbroker 2 weeks ago for $451, it has both trunions, the romy 4x scope and all the other parts and the best part, its not an import, its a demilled like new military kit, you can tell the way the muzzle break is attatched , the scope adjustments arent in english and it has no numbers on the left side of the front trunion
