Buddy was able to get his barelled rec. and we went to work on it. Very sweet rifle, bore is a bit frosty but strong rifling. Came w/ stock, bayonet. Didnt show stock, bayo in center fire ad, boss had already ordered them so now have yet another sks stock.Headspace fine, test fire soon. I dont usually drool over sks, but w/ new stock, metal redone in flat black bake on, tapco 20 rnd it is really nice, he is really proud(his first rifle). Will post pics soon. Thanks to all who helped find the stuff we needed to get her running again.

I'm just finishing an "update" on my norinco, it's amazing what a little cleaning up and a few accessories does for them! :rockin:

We shot it today. No malfunctions, scrubbed bore after every 4-5 shots and the frostiness dissapeared in the bore for the most part. Got it sighted in roughly at 100 yds. Buddy is real proud of it, he has about 200 dollors tied up in it. Not bad for a rifle thats going for much more than that these days. He calls it his Yugonese SKS because of the mix of yugo, chinese parts. Another gun saved from non-shooting status. That is what I am proud of.
