Silver Bear 62gr, $0.28/round (low)
SS109/M855 5.56 Lake City, $0.80/round (high)
From gun-deals.com - User-Submitted Gun & Ammunition Deals (http://gun-deals.com/ammo.php?caliber=.223)
I know Silver Bear is not a direct comparison to SS109 LC, but that gives you the spread on ammo other than from CTD. I'm a big fan of LC ammo, but no way would I spend even 80 cents a round for milsurp. Selling on Gunbroker, you may get the near $1/round CTD wants.

I saw sportsman guide had 223 ss109 for a buck a round..they are (HIGH)... :crackcoke B2B
Try gunbroker and bid it up...
I will cast my own bullets before I pay a dollar a round...for 223...

I think 1.00 is a bit high, I appreciate the input. I was going to post to classifieds here but do not have enough posts. Some I will wait until I do, I figure .50 a round should be fair. I just have too much 223 ammo right now. Thanks all.
