finally got this built, I had the kit and receiver for a few years now. I got in a small run of these to do for a commercial customer and did mine to work out the build process. I had it out to the range last weekend and ran 250 rounds through it, only had 2 stopages that were failures to feed possibly because of short recoil. it ejects out the left and the guy shooting on that side was ankle deep in 54R brass!!
I riveted the trigger housing on today now that it is working right. I hot salt blacked the receiver instead of painting it, I will most likely do that to the rest of the parts in the future as I am not a fan of painted guns.

FWIW - it would have been even better as a postie :naughty:

Your usual magic Sir!

Thanks guys, it is a sweet shooter and looks kick ass. I would like to have built it as a postie but have no where to shoot it. not having a place to shoot mg's is killing me as I have built a lot of cool toys for others.
the striker is similar to the vector rpd, it rides in the stock tube and on a guide rod.

That finish looks nice and thick. If you and Jorge ever come up north you've got a place to shoot whatever you want.

what would it cost to have the kit and build done by you?
