finally got the time to put my 308 back together. got a r&r trigger guard from css and a new grip. added a new stock. i think i will need a limbsaver because this thing kicks. the scope is not in its final resting place. i will adjust as soon as i get the limbsaver on and run to the range.

its the 22". i pulled the front sight post off in anticipation of adding a brake at some point. this is the second version of this saiga. the first was ok but didnt feel right. i had the side mount for the scope and a saw grip. i got the billet trigger guard and ar palm grip 3-4 months ago and never got around to messing with it. got bored last night and just did it. took about 1 1/2 hours. had to trim the trig guard (its made for the saiga 12) and tap for 8-32. the rail is generic ak and had to relocate the front pin. i have put this off because i was lazy and thought it would take longer than it did. kicking myself in the ass for procrastinating!

when flipping a go cart, never assume you can stop a roll by putting your arm out. i have a 10" plate and 14 screws that prove otherwise.

That sounds even more painful with your brief story of it.

coils this was a case of karma biting my ass. my brother has a blood protein issue that causes clots. his doc said no brick laying for 3 weeks. he didnt listen and i said "man i would kill for dr prescribed days to rest. 2 days later i "showed" my boys how to slide a cart. i was down 6 weeks. be careful what you wish for...
