Who makes a quality barreled upper in 45 cal. or 9mm for an AR 15? The only ones I can find are from J and T. Are they any good? I've heard some bad stuff about Model 1 sales business practices.

Sorry really can't help answer your questions, but can suggest another place, I haven't heard anything bad about them and purchased a few things. Oh they only got 9mm.

I have a complete rock river flat top upper in 9mm, with a red dot on top of it. It's by far my favorite plinking rifle. The only problem I had with it was it kept double feeding but a lil tweaking on the mag block & its never missed a beat after that. Look into rr uppers I don't think you'll be disappointed.

J&T are top notch. They are in with DoubleStar in Winchester, KY. I've had several of their products. All great quality.

Thanks. They seem to have the largest selection.

Going with the Olympic Arms 45 cal. They will custom build it if you don't want their 20" barrel.
