Here's a photo of my first AK build.
It's a K-Var 74 Bulgy kit. I bought it back when they were under $200. I wish I would have bought more!!
I cheated and used a OOW receiver. Went together with no problems.
I added K-Vars Nato length stock set as part of my US parts count and the length is great. :thumbup1:

Using an OOW ain't cheatin. (using screws is), looks good, great job!

Looks great. I like the black stock set, and matching bayo. Gives it that tactical look.

Can you post the picture in color? You can't see any detail in the B&W photo. By the way, it looks good.

My favorite build are my 74's!! And yours looks great!! Good job!

good lookin rifle. I love mine. I shoot it more than my 7.62 AKs. If you can build the 74 you can build any AK so they say. I've put together 2 AMDs and I'm just about ready to tackle a 74. Thanks for sharing.
