Default AR15 retro action!!!!

First is a M16A1 upper on a new NDS retro A1 lower.

Next up, some original retro, Colt SP1 carbine serial 135XXX, circa 1968(or 1979, stupid internet)

Family shots

There my old Pal,..now THAT's a bit BETTER!

Just a little "html" editing get's the pics running.

PS,..I think 1979, or '80 is more like it on the Carbine.

I really like the retro look! Where did you get the parts for the M16A1? I would like to build one like that.

How do you like the NDS receiver?

THanks Bob, I was copying from another forum and it had changed the code. Yeah, that date also sounds about right. I read conflicting dates depending on which database I look under, 1979 would be cooler, because that's when I was born too!!!

NDS receiver is nice, perfect for the retro look, and NDS is good people.

I got the parts from various boards, and picked up the upper complete at a local gun show, but I see them alot over at ar15.com and akforum.net. Look up user angus6, he's got a bunch of them, and he's who I got my BCG and CH from.

Will the NDS retro a1 lower work on a M-16A2 upper?
