BEST 10-22 MAGS - Page 3

I have a couple of 10-22 one had some parts fall out of it this spring and I havent looked at and the other has some galing starting on the reciver likley from not being cleaned before I got it so Im a little sceptical of the duribuilty of these. I plan on doing a 17mach II on one and maybe a heavy barrel 22lr on the other. this whole gatlen gun thing is not my idea I think there neat but I like hitting what I aim at. It will be a fun toy. He joked about mounting it on the front of the ATV

the guy Im helping is a great guy and spreads the wealth to those that help him he is a good guy to know.

My son is getting old enough for 22,s and I plan on him shotting the hell out of these. I will soon be emersed into these like I am the AK Im sure.

now a pair of $1800 volquartsens in 17hmr mounted on one of these would be neat. the guy that Im helping has a Volquartsen 17 HMR and it is very very nice.

The 2 steel lip mags I have work great 2-3k run fine with no problems about 3-4 years old work like factory mags for me but they do only hold 25rnds bought 2 ramline 50 rounders but are very ammo sensitive only like the cheap winchester bulk ammo with round nose and one has started to crack I would avoid the ramline stuff

I think an Admin of the forum should see if they can get a sample mag to test and leave feed back on the forum.
Could lead to sale for BDM with some free advertising.

HMMMMM my thread i think I should get a free pair to try in the Gatlen gun I built and then write a review.

we went with the TI in poly. they worked first time out,we havent really put them to the test yet.
