special warining to those Californian's who attend gun-shows in Nevada and Arizona, the ATF routinely monitors the plates of vehicles coming into the gun show parking lots. These numbers are forwarded to the CHP--whom you will see sitting on the interstates running plates as cars enter. If you attended a gun-show, and parked in the provided lot... there is a high-chance that you will be stopped and searched.
There is some good reading on this topic on Cal-guns I believe. If you want to go to a gun show out of state--rent a car when you get there, or take a taxi from your hotel.

Also... do not have NRA stickers, Glock factory stickers or anything similar on your car. The CHP is instructed to pull these cars over if they are entering the state--especially when there is a gun show in Vegas, Pheonix or Reno. These make you a target.
Very Good advise. I've seen cars pulled over and searched by state police accross CA state border, although Profiling gun show buyers is totally illegal.. Attending a gun show is not against the law nor is it.. P.C. to search a vehicle and if you need to know about this stuff... you need to order the book "you and the police" By Boston T Party don't let the police or state abuse your rights because you don't know them... never consent to a search...let me say that again; never consent to a search... As for the original question, if your feel your doing something that is not legal, you can choose to send the guy his money back and sell the magazines to someone in another state.. but guys in other states you may have the same laws as California in a few short months... the AWB II is before you... if the democrats win, your fitting to get Dorked hard.... I did some research--yup these guys above are correct.
Parts seem to be kosher. Even including mag bodies... all disassembled.

Also for attending gun-shows out of state from Calfornia.... I talked with a guy connected into the ILA. Yes they are monitoring people attending the gun shows in Nevada, and Arizona. In Nevada in order to purchase a hi-cap magazine, you must present a valid NV license--if not, no purchase. It seems that the Calfornia DOJ is threatenting to sue Nevada dealers if they sell to CA residents--this seems to be the policy with ALL Nevada dealers. All contacted repeated the same requirement. A friend who also attended the Reno gun show this weekend, repeated the same with the dealers there. Nevada license required to purchase hi-cap mags (not that anyone would ever, ever do this and bring them back into California). Also, this friend did not park in the parking lot where the gun-show was held on my advice.

He even took a different route (down the Alien Highway) back into California, cutting over into Bishop over the mountains--to avoid a chicken-shi_t search. He made it back this evening unstopped. Also he scrapped off his NRA sticker beforehand and replaced it with an Obama 08 sticker. lol! Really. Great camouflage.

So.... I started calling Utah and Arizona dealers. Different story here. They never heard of what is going on in Nevada. Here it is cash and carry, and it's up to you to obey your own state laws. I contacted dealers in St. George, Prescott, Kingman and Tuscon--cash and carry with all of them.

Post HMMM Interesting.

Well that is all well and good that the police are stopping you hardened criminals coming out of gun shows.
But Damn. Who is watching that wide open border while there bugging you guys, if there all on the highway waiting for you all.
MS-13 and the Mexican mafia must be getting a good laugh out of this one as they slip across the, wide open border, with machine guns, cocaine and God knows what else they are smuggling in.

It is because that Law Abiding citizens won't shoot back at them. So, we are easier to take paid for product from and written citations to collect money.

Man you don't know how true this is.... I was driving with my nephew in his new Prius which he go the window tinted. We got pulled over by a cop and chicken-ticketed, and across the street was a strong-hold of the MS13 Gang. You could see these rat-fucks roaming the side street openly defying the law.

Now tell me, where is the priority??!!! Issuing chicken-shit tickets or cleaning up the scum that infests the cities?
