Default Gauss Pistol

I guess this fits into the "general firearms" forum...anyhow.
As much as i love recoil and the smell of chordite, I will buy one of these before the govt bans these too.
Silent, recoilless and LETHAL.
Heck, I could blast all day in my backyard and only have to replace the batteries...that felt funny to say.

Nevermind about the "lethal" part of my last comment. I just read the FAQ's and it is about as lethal as a slingshot:sad:

Read the FAQ's-HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!
one question:Is this gun dangerous?
answer:are you dangerous? only when cornered or spooked.

LOL, this guy is a trip.

Ah well, a brief look into the future of firearms(they sure are ugly)

I saw this when it was originally posted, and DEF has potential, but the power sources that we have now, do not allow for a compact size AND lethality.

Mark my words, within ten years, the govt will have regulated these weapons and they will be marketed to gun owners like us.
Imagine...being able to shoot this gun with NO recoil AND no deafening gunblast!!!?!?!?!

I'm wetting my pants right now.

Perhaps THEN, they cannot gouge us for ammo.....only batteries...LOL

There's no such thing as a gun with no recoil. Newton's Third Law of Motion applies every time.

Even "recoilless rifles" with their open backs translate significant recoil to the shooter.

damn just think if you made a rifle or carbine version you could beef everything up and maby get enough power behind the projectile to crack some skulls
