Look at your Romy underfolder. It does only take two pins. The whole right side is a different set up than the standard folder.
The interior right side pin is not there on the Romy.

Yes the barrel was tight but not all that bad. If I have to really force a barrel out I mark the weapon with an H. Or E for easy.
The ones marked H I look for burrs or gouges to see why I had to use so much pressure to remove the barrel. The E's I leave alone.
The H builds I just take some emeory cloth and smooth them up just a very little. Very little. Then use the lube of you choice and I don't have to fight it to reinsert the barrel.
Anti seize, silicone, oil whatever.
Some barrels I have removed sounded like a shotgun going off when they broke free. But this one was tight but not all that bad.
