Use revocable trust.
15 minutes on Quicken will maker.You will have the trust.With a trust you do not need a CLEO sign off,no fingerprints ,and no passport photo.
Send em your trust(check to see if you need yours registered in your state.Florida residents do NOT) Then send em the notarized trust with 200$ and the correct form for your SBR,Auto ,or can,whatever.
Give it up to 90 days and enjoy that new tax stamp.
