The cost to draft a trust to meet an individuals desires as well as what is necessary to protect their family, review the trust with them, teach them how to use it, teach them how to purchase firearms correctly, and teach them to avoid the common procedural violations of the NFA, varies based upon the state where the NFA trust is created but in most states the cost is around $600.

We have done more than 1000 NFA trusts (without a single rejection) including heads of many gun organizations, Firearms manufactures, professional athletes, judges, police officers, and everyday gun friendly individuals. We turn them around in 1 business day, if there is a local attorney involved it will take longer for them to review and modify the trust further, but generally less than 1 week.

We work with many gun stores to provide training for their staff and management on the differences between other "NFA" trusts and one designed for NFA firearms. If you have specific questions I would be happy to address them directly.

We also review trusts by others to amend them to deal with the proper aspects of their situation. Often we find that gun stores or individuals create or provide generic trusts that are not really suitable for firearms.

Hi Mr. Goldman, do you reccommend Evan Nappan as a good firearm lawyer? Being in northern NJ, I don't have much of a choice. Best, Joe
