Are these the ones that supposedly have a receiver like a real AR-15 type rifle? And why should the guy that ordered them for his business have to file a FOIA request with the atf to see what/how they determined these to be "easily converted"?

piss some of my neighbors kids off by taking their toys and the gov will probably have a hand full with them. no matter how you slice it the gov. has and is getting worst out of control.
